At Greenatva, we believe in the power of nature to protect and heal. We harness the power of essential oils by carefully crafting blends that combine the therapeutic properties of various essential oils with fractionated coconut oil (FCO) as the carrier, hence, keeping each roll-on experience stain and grease free. Each blend is designed to address specific needs:
- Mia: This blend is very close to our heart. A female starts her menstruating journey at the tender age of 13-14 years of age and it lasts up to 50-55 years of age! So much of the age is spent learning how to function fully human while feeling much less.
We crafted Mia so that everyone can get rid of those pesky pains without worrying about the side effects of pain killers, or managing a hot water bottle, which is not always possible and is much cumbersome to do every time. Carry this small roll-on bottle like a helpful friend with you easily everywhere. If you are feeling nauseous, just roll it on your wrists and take a deep breath.
This blend combines the warming and stimulating effects of ginger, black pepper, clary sage, clove oil, and camphor oil with the cooling sensation of menthol, creating a dynamic and invigorating mixture that should be used for period pain relief. Clary sage is a known essential oil to reduce menstrual cramps and relieve menopause symptoms. It can be applied on lower abdomen, thighs, lower back, wherever the period cramps occur. All our blends are 100% natural and plant based, so it is completely safe for teenagers also. It can be used 3-4 times a day and should help you get a good night sleep during these painful days.
- Lori: It could be stress from work, the endless scroll on your phone, or just the pressures of modern life, insomnia has become a common issue for many and interrupt natural rise of melatonin, hence the disturbed sleep. Lori is our calming and soothing blend that leverages the relaxing properties of lavender, clary sage, and basil, paired with the respiratory-clearing benefits of eucalyptus, making it ideal for stress relief and sleep support to help you transition from a busy day to a peaceful night.
Apply Lori to your temples, forehead and wrists, or pillow before bedtime. Breathe in the soothing aroma and let the natural ingredients help guide you into a restful sleep.
- Raahat: Whether it’s from a tough workout, a long day at work, or just the stresses of daily life, muscle pain can slow you down and affect your quality of life. This blend focuses on pain relief and muscle relaxation, combining the analgesic properties of wintergreen, ginger oil, and peppermint with the soothing effects of eucalyptus and menthol, making it perfect for alleviating discomfort and tension. These essential oils are carefully chosen for their anti-inflammatory, analgesic properties making Raahat the perfect solution for muscle discomfort.

- Praana: Whether it's after a heavy meal or due to everyday stress, digestive issues can disrupt your life. Our unique blend of essential oils, including ginger, fennel, heeng and peppermint, works in harmony to support your digestive system.
