Bloating, Gas & Constipation Relief - Praana

Roll Praana around the navel/belly button. Massage until absorbed. You can also apply on the lower abdomen if there is bloating or discomfort. Use it 2–3 times a day — after meals works best, or whenever you feel gassy, bloated or constipated. For constipation, a bedtime application gives it time to work through the night.

Praana has six ingredients: Fennel (Saunf), Ginger, Heeng (Asafoetida), Peppermint, Castor Oil, and Fractionated Coconut Oil as the base.
