Shwas Balm by Greenatva is a camphor-free chest rub with five therapeutic plant oils — formulated at age-safe concentrations for babies from 3 months, kids, and adults. No synthetic ingredients. No petrolatum. No preservatives. Just active botanicals in a fast-absorbing base that gets to work quickly.

• Fir Needle — Rich in alpha-pinene, studied for its ability to open airways and reduce bronchial constriction.
• Ajwain (Carom) — A cornerstone of Ayurvedic respiratory care. Thymol, its active compound, is a proven antimicrobial and antispasmodic that helps relieve chest congestion and coughing spasms.
• Black Pepper — Contains beta-caryophyllene, a natural anti-inflammatory. Helps reduce airway inflammation and supports the body's recovery response.

How to Use

Scoop a pea-sized amount, warm between fingertips, and massage firmly onto chest, upper back, neck, or soles of feet. Apply at bedtime for overnight relief, or during the day as needed. For babies under 6 months — consult your paediatrician before use. Keep away from eyes, nose, and mouth.
